2. Types of Data Collected
By filling in the contact form on the Website or by subscribing to the newsletter, the User consents to the processing of their Data. Such Data include:
when the User uses the contact form: first name, last name, e-mail, phone number;
when the User subscribes to the newsletter: e-mail, first and last name.
We recommend that Users communicate Data that is up to date, relevant and does not exceed the specific purposes of processing. We advise any User likely to communicate Data belonging to third parties to comply with the legal requirements regarding the protection of personal data and to inform them promptly of the communication of their data and of the features of the processing carried out on the Website.

The data collected when filling the registration form to the newsletter service (first name, last name, e-mail address) will be processed to send communications about legal news and about the activity of AMSL Avvocati, including invitations to events and/or conferences organized by AMSL Avvocati, or in which the lawyers of AMSL Avvocati participate as speakers.
The provision of Data is necessary to register to and to benefit from the newsletter service: therefore, in case of refusal or failure to provide the requested data, it will not be possible to receive AMSL Avvocati’s newsletters. By filling in the newsletter subscription form, Users consent to the transfer of their data to Brevo. The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the procedure indicated in the footer of each newsletter or by contacting [email protected].
Data will also be processed to reply to requests that Users may send to the addresses available on the Website. For this purpose, Users must communicate their contact details (first name, last name, telephone, e-mail) in order to enable AMSL Avvocati to respond.

In addition, we use Google Analytics cookies to generate reports on Users' interactions with our Website, i.e. to keep track of the traffic on the Website, to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to monitor its proper functioning. We process Users' Data only in the cases provided for by the current applicable legislation, and in particular:

Processing of the Data takes place at the Bergamo in the offices of AMSL Avvocati. Data collected by Google Analytics is processed in the United States, in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) agreement, to which Google adheres. Google Analytics acts as a Processor on behalf of the Controller pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Should the use of Google Analytics become contrary to the GDPR, the Data Controller agrees to discontinue such use.
The Data are processed and stored for as long as necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes for which they were collected - and for a period that does not exceed ten years.
In any case, the User may always request the interruption of the processing or the deletion of the Data.
The User may, at any time and to the extent that the rights are applicable:
obtain confirmation as to whether or not any personal Data concerning him/her is being processed and if so, to obtain access to such Data;
